It's important to recognize that talented people are employed, probably happily.  The people you most want to hire aren't reading want ads or searching for a job.  No matter how attractive your opportunity is they simply aren't getting your message.  We utilize our extensive network of relationships to contact every potential candidate and deliver your message a compelling and professional manner.

Search:  First, we invest the time to thoroughly define your need and opportunity.  This way, we'll be able to gain the interest of talented individuals and qualify their ability to succeed in your firm.  This is much more than a job description.  We work with you to develop your 'need' into an exciting opportunity that will inspire qualified individuals.  We will help you establish the level of urgency in filling the position and evaluate which approach is most sensible.

Once we gain the interest of an individual, we interview them to get a complete understanding of their abilities and motivations.  We only present you people who are serious and meet your requirements. If you want to pursue any of them, we check their references and arrange meetings.

We prepare you both for each meeting and debrief you both afterward.  This preparation includes sharing specific interviewing techniques that are proven to facilitate communication and decisions. Once you decide to hire, we facilitate developing an offer and setting a start date.  We coach the candidate through their resignation and maintain contact with you both throughout the first year to support the new relationship.

Training:  We develop strategic partnerships with our clients that include expanding and refining knowledge and skills in interviewing, hiring and retaining talented people.  Our continuously updated library of articles and guides began development in 1978; we are happy to share it with our clients.  We help improve clients' efficiency and effectiveness and even provide custom in-house training.

Market Information:  We talk to hundreds of people in our market each day.  We assist our clients with information such as Salary Surveys, Technology Trends and are a valuable resource for referral to new clients.
