How to begin:  The first step is simple, call us.  One of our professional Career Consultants will invest the time to understand your abilities, accomplishments and most importantly, personal and professional goals.  You'll identify challenges you can work on together.  You'll receive articles and guidelines to help develop your abilities in areas such as Interviewing and Hiring, Creating Teams, Managing Conflict, Career Planning and Selling both yourself and your services.  We'll even coach you when needed.

As we work in the market, we'll watch for opportunities to advance your career.  We will not forward your resume, give your name, or any information that might identify you.  Our relationship is strictly confidential.  We'll simply call you to discuss the advantages of any opportunities that could interest you. If you wish to explore one further, we'll arrange a meeting, prepare you and the company for that meeting and debrief you both.  Should you decide to pursue it further, we'll be you advocate it negotiating an offer and start date.
